Terms & Conditions  - (Golf Day)

• Wrag Barn require a completed Confirmation of Booking form together with a non-returnable deposit of £5.00 per head to secure your booking.
• Wrag Barn must receive final numbers no later than than close of business (17.00) on the eve of your event.
• Wrag Barn reserves the right to charge the agreed rate for any reduction in numbers on the day.
• Wrag Barn's other services such as Menu choices, Pin markers, Buggy hire etc, if not known at time of completing the Confirmation of Booking form, to be notified to the office no later than two weeks prior to the event.
• Wrag Barn request that the balance is payable by 12.00 noon on the day of your event in the Accounts Office situated on the first floor. Cheques should be made payable to "Wrag Barn Golf Ltd".
